the location is really great, right in the city center. it's close to the metro and railway stations! the beds were comfy with nice thick duvets so i slept well. the bathroom seemed recently renovated, all clean, i appreciated that.

terrible noise level flimsy door lock

the location was good. it was central to everything i needed.

The noise levels were terrible all night. people yelled constantly outside. I barely slept. also, the room's door lock felt flimsy. It didn't give me much confidence in its security.

the location suits me. i liked it was near to everywhere i needed. the price i paid reflects what was provided and i accept this. the room had a private bathroom, this was good. check in was quick and simple.

the location was excellent. it was close to many places i wanted to visit. st james's park and grainger market were nearby. the hotel offered easy access to rooms. check-in and check-out were straightforward.

i found a loose toilet seat in the bathroom. i tightened it a bit myself.
